MGA PRODUCT WARRANTY
Extended 90 Day Warranty effective through January 15, 2025
To help make the holidays a little brighter, MGA is offering an extended 90-day warranty on purchases made after October 15, 2024. We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of manufacturing defects (materials and/or workmanship). All claims must be submitted no later than January 15, 2025, for this extended warranty to be honored. A dated sales or gift receipt is required as proof of purchase, and no exceptions will be made. Defects in material or workmanship will be determined at the sole discretion of MGA Entertainment.
During this warranty period, consumers may return the product to the retailer, or contact MGA Entertainment directly. At the sole election of MGA Entertainment, the only remedies available under this warranty will be either replacement of the defective part, or product replacement of the same or comparable value.
The warranty is invalid if the product has been misused, abused, damaged by battery leakage, or from causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. MGA Entertainment cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damages that may arise from the use of this unit.
This is a limited warranty and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty is valid in the US and Canada only.

HOW WE ENSURE OUR TOYS ARE SAFE
Like most toy companies, MGA Entertainment manufactures many of its products in the Far East. In order to produce safe products abroad, we take extra precaution by testing not just our finished product, but our raw materials as well. What exactly do we test? We test to all federally mandated and Toy Industry Association voluntary standards for presence of lead, normal use and foreseeable abuse including torque, tension, drop, compression strength, accessibility of magnets and a host of other standards.
All of our product testing ensures that the MGA Entertainment toys and products you purchase, meet the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry.

MGA Entertainment products are safety tested by independent accredited laboratories throughout the manufacturing life cycle. By the time you purchase an MGA Entertainment toy, it has been tested beyond industry standards and federal requirements. They always have and they always will.
